Four steps
1. Tell us about the property. Use the contact form to ask for a callback. Tell us your city and when you need help. When the company calls, have the details ready: where the fire started, how far smoke spread, whether the building is open to the weather and whether you've opened an insurance claim. 2. We pass your request to one company. Your request goes to the single independent local restoration company serving your territory. We don't sell it to a list of companies, and we don't auction it. 3. The company walks the property. They contact you directly to arrange a visit, because nobody can scope fire restoration responsibly without seeing the building. 4. You get a scope of work directly from them. The company gives you a written scope of work and estimate. Whether to go ahead, and on what terms, is between you and them. We're not a party to that agreement.
What we are, and what we aren't
Get Fire Damage Pros is an independent directory. We don't do restoration work, employ crews or supervise anyone's work. We don't evaluate or verify licenses, registrations, insurance or workmanship, so check those yourself before you hire. Each city page links to the state lookup. We have no part in insurance claims and can't tell you what your policy covers.
What we do with your details
We share your name, number, city and timeframe with one independent local restoration company so they can contact you, and with no one else. We don't sell your information. See our privacy policy.
For local restoration companies
Get Fire Damage Pros works with one independent restoration business per territory. A company that works with us receives the requests from that territory directly.
Restoration crews spend their days on job sites, often at night and on weekends, and calls come in at all hours. Companies can add an optional answering and text module: calls to the territory number are answered live under the company's brand, the caller's details and the property address are taken down, the caller gets a text confirmation from Get Fire Damage Pros saying their details have been logged and when to expect a callback, and the company gets the job details by text and email right away.
We don't promise any company a number of calls, leads, jobs, rankings or revenue. If you run a restoration business in one of our cities and want to talk about a territory, use the contact form and say so.
